Booking Confirmation and Payment
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment (full or partial) via Stripe or other agreed methods.
Standard tours require full payment at booking. Custom or private packages may require a deposit, with the balance due before the service.
A confirmation email will be sent after payment. Please check your spam folder if needed.
Cash payments are not accepted unless agreed in writing.
Pricing
Prices are listed in Euros (€) and may vary depending on group size, customization, seasonality, and third-party costs.
Prices may change for unconfirmed bookings if external costs vary.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Standard Tours:
– More than 48 hours before: 100% refund
– 24–48 hours before: 50% refund
– Less than 24 hours: no refund
Private Tours & Custom Packages:
– More than 7 days before: full refund (excluding non-refundable third-party costs)
– 3–7 days before: 50% refund
– Less than 72 hours: no refund
Some services may be non-refundable (e.g., tickets, accommodations). Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Changes and Modifications
Requests to modify bookings must be made in writing. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
What Is Included
Only services explicitly listed in the description or confirmation email are included.
Unless stated otherwise, meals, drinks, tickets, transportation, and personal expenses are not included.
Group and Participation Requirements

Participants must arrive on time, follow instructions, and respect others and the environment.
Weather Conditions
